How does delivery work for customized orders?

For customized orders, we recommend placing your order at least 48 hours or more, in advance, especially for bulk orders  to ensure ample preparation time and timely delivery. This helps us craft your unique item perfectly.

Freshness and availability: Our flowers, cakes, bakes, and selected gift items are prepared or sourced with care. As flowers and some ingredients are seasonal, certain varieties, colors, or decorative elements may occasionally be substituted with the closest available option of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style of your chosen design.

Handcrafted products: Many of our products are handmade and individually arranged. Because of this, slight variations in flowers, colors, decorations, and presentation are natural and make every Marles Jacey creation unique.

Advance ordering: We recommend ordering as early as possible, especially for customized cakes, floral arrangements, gift bundles, corporate orders, and special occasions. Short-notice and same-day orders are subject to availability.
